We are most definitely bias because we’ve gone to this amazing Phoenix kid-friendly resort the past six years. YES – six years in a row because it’s THAT GOOD, but also every year is a new adventure, new memory and new kid-friendly staycation resort experience that is out of this world! SUMMER FUN AT THE FALLS WATER VILLAGE

138ft. water slide that is fast, furious and so much fun!
Cabanas available for rent – it’s 100% worth it, providing shade and a private space for you and the family to gather and spread out a bit. They also offer a mini-fridge full of waters and it comes with a veggie platter and TVs. It’s very much a nap-friendly set up and perfect for the littles. It also allows you the opportunity to invite non-resort guests to enjoy The Falls with you!
Bring water shoes – it’s Arizona, the ground is hot so bring them to walk from pool to pool or around the grounds. Plus if you spend a full day in the pool, the bottom of your feet will thank you later!
Fruity refreshers for the WIN – so delicious, fun plus kid… and mom-approved.
Dive in Movie – on Saturday nights, they host a kid-friendly dive in movie!
Play the games – resort staff walk the grounds inviting kids to play fun water games in the Falls Terrace by the biggest waterfalls. Your child could play Duck, Duck, Splash or Water Balloon Toss or create Hop Scotch Chalk Art! It’s fun and we highly recommend you take the break to bring your kids over and participate.

WILDLIFE WORLD ZOO VISIT

YES! The Wildlife World Zoo visits the best Arizona kid-friendly staycation resort in the summers! Right next to Cascade Falls, you will find a few tables and chairs set up for a Zoo Volunteer to show and share 2-3 animals from the Zoo. From snakes, turtles, lizards, birds and more – you never know what to expect and you are certain to learn something new about these desert-friendly creatures. Plus, mamas get to grab free zoo entry cards for their littles to use after the staycation! It’s truly a unique experience and offers a great pook break for the littles. Win win for all, if you ask us!

TOCALOMA SPA AND SALON

We finally booked a spa service at Tocaloma Spa! Look, as a mama of littles it’s hard to get self-care in and when we are having so much fun at the resort, it’s even harder to take the break. However, we finally committed and booked the amazing Signature Massage! It was 80 minute message that delivered the ULTIMATE RELAXATION, friends. Much needed! It was the perfect moment to zone out and just soak in a moment of pure bliss and relaxation. This massage includes a hydrating scalp massage and focuses on tension areas.
