9:45 AM: Hike Watson Overlook Loop in Skyline Regional Park in Buckeye, Arizona
- There are many hikes in the Skyline Regional Park, but we opted for the Watson Overlook loop and the views were stunning!
11 AM: Ebb & Flow Coffee Co in Verrado, Arizona
- We love a good local coffee shop so after our hike, we popped into Verrado to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and yummy breakfast sandwiches from Ebb & Flow Coffee Co in Verrado. They have two locations; one in Litchfield Park but that one only serves up coffee.
12:20 PM: White Tanks Waterfall Hike in Waddell, Arizona ($7 entrance fee)
- Yes, Phoenix Arizona does have a Waterfall Hike! Ha! This hike is relatively easy and about a 45-minute hike roundtrip. At the end, you can hang on the cool rocks and even see the trickle during the off season or after a good rain, a much bigger fall! To make the $7 extra worth it, they do offer picnic tables and parks for kiddos to play or for you and the gals to hang and enjoy a snack!
1:30 PM: The Boyer Bakery / Eatery in Surprise, Arizona
- The Boyer Bakery is one of our favorite spots and with their new lunch menu soon to be served at The Boyer Eatery, we couldn’t wait to try it. So we rushed in for sandwiches and salads which were so fresh and delicious! Of course, the desserts are fabulous… and worth it after our West Valley AZ Hiking Trip, too!
